Executive Coaching (One-to-one)
Individual coaching for business owners, senior leaders and managers who want dedicated space to think more clearly about how they lead so they can become more effective.
Sessions are confidential, structured and focused on what matters most to you. We’ll work on the challenges you’re actually facing, not a generic development framework and build the clarity, confidence and behaviours that stick over time.
Engagements are typically 3-6 months with 90 minute sessions monthly or fortnightly.

Group Coaching
Group coaching is entirely client-led. You bring the challenge — I create the conditions for a different kind of conversation than the ones you’re already having.
The group owns the problem, works toward the solution together, and agrees how they’re going to act on it. My role isn’t to teach or direct — it’s to ask the questions that shift the thinking, and hold the space for honest, productive dialogue.
It works particularly well for leadership teams who are stuck in familiar patterns, or who need to have a conversation they haven’t quite managed to have yet.
Engagements can be from a single session to a programme over several months. This works well with one-to-one coaching to supplement.

Workshops
Workshops are more structured. I’ll introduce ideas, frameworks or approaches on a specific topic — and we’ll work through them together. That means discussion, debate, and trying things out in the room, not just listening.
Participants leave with something concrete and new to take back into their work. But as with everything I do, the workshop is the beginning, not the end. The real test is what happens when you’re back in the room with your team.
Engagements are typically 3-6 months and supported with one-to-one coaching to help embed new habits.
